| Father panics as SUV is stolen Woman takes vehicle with infant inside
A trip to return a DVD rental left a Las Vegas father with the worry of a lifetime Thursday morning when a woman stole the vehicle carrying his infant son. The man, who was not identified by police, stopped in front of the Albertson's at 7350 S. Rainbow Blvd. to return a movie to a storefront kiosk about 10:20 a.m. He left his son in the sport-utility vehicle with the engine running, Las Vegas police said. He was 10 to 15 feet from the vehicle when a woman hopped behind the wheel and sped away, officer Bill Cassell said. A Salvation Army bell ringer, who asked to be identified only as Fitzgerald, saw the vehicle zip by with the father running along the driver's side. .

I hope Netball Fiji's Executive Committee or Council would do the RIGHT thing. I don't think that there is a need to interview Alice as it seems that you have already made up your mind on what you hope to do with FN management and President. Why didn't people like you put their hands up for president or management positions before-hand.

Native son has plan to save Sonics, KeyArena
Matt Griffin grew up in South Seattle and played youth football in the Rainier Valley. His dad is a Franklin High graduate. The younger Griffin attended Lakeside, class of '69, before heading off to Princeton. He's as true a native son as you'll find in Seattle, a man so committed to the city that he and his wife live downtown on Fourth Avenue and don't own a car between them, choosing to walk, bike or ride the bus wherever they go. So when the Seattle developer says he wants to help provide solutions for KeyArena and the Sonics, you know where his heart lies. His message to the NBA, being delivered with the developing news of his investment group's interest in salvaging such a disrupted situation? "You don't have to run away from Seattle," Griffin said.
How to Hack Into a Boeing 787
In other words, it's possible this plane could be hacked. - Click here to read the FAA's special condition regarding computer security on the 787-8. "Special conditions" are issued by the FAA when it finds problems with technologies so new that they're not yet covered by existing regulations. In such cases, manufacturers must meet the new criteria before aircraft can be certified as safe to carry passengers. Ten special conditions have been issued for the 787-8. Boeing denies that a computer-security problem exists, and says further that if it does, it's already been corrected. "There is a limited amount of information between networks [on the 787]," said company spokeswoman Lori Gunter. "The least amount is between passenger and flight control." She added that Boeing is not working on a solution to the security problem — because the company has already resolved it, having known the FAA was drafting the special condition months in advance.
